A young and passionate group dedicated to dynamic performances in alternative spaces, CELLI@BERKELEY is an ensemble based in Berkeley that seeks to generate new repertoire for the cello. Celli was founded in 2012 by undergraduate and graduate students studying a variety of academic disciplines at UC Berkeley. On sunny days, members perform pop arrangements outdoors on the UC Berkeley campus.
